Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: A Review

چکیده
Complex trauma is a diagnosis that occurs due to repetitive, long-term and interpersonal traumatic events its symptoms are different from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Although many studies have been conducted on complex for years, it has not accepted as diagnosis. The 11th Edition of the International Classification Diseases (ICD-11), published by World Health Organization in 2018, includes disorder, new diagnosis, besides (PTSD) under category “Stress-Related Disorders”. In addition three diagnostic criteria PTSD (re-experiencing, avoidance, hypervigilance), 3 related self-organization added this namely emotion dysregulation, problems relationships, negative self-concept. review study, firstly, differences according DSM-5 ICD-11 were examined. Then, history, definition between other disorders Finally, methods used treatment reviewed.
